Calling all grads from the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry and FIRE School of Ministry, along with all like-minded Jesus Revolutionaries who are tech savvy!
For several years, my ministry had a very effective online magazine called the Voice of Revolution (VOR), featuring cutting-edge articles and occasional news reports produced by a great team of contributors. However, since our very gifted editor relocated and took on other responsibilities, we have not been able to maintain this great publication. Yet today, I have even greater vision for how the VOR can be used.
First, I want the new VOR to be a place where our grads from around the world can share exciting ministry updates from the front lines – in written, audio, video, or pictorial form. God is using them in so many dynamic ways and we want to encourage everyone with what the Spirit is doing in Jesus’ name. Let the Lord’s name be exalted all the more!
Second, I want the new VOR to be a place where our grads (along with special guest contributors) can share vision and insight and burden and teaching with the Body worldwide. What rich treasures are deposited in the hearts of our grads! And what great friends we have who can contribute so much to both believers and non-believers around the globe.
Third, I want the new VOR to be a place where we can comment on breaking news and post anything else of pressing interest – always keeping you informed from a kingdom perspective. We are not trying to duplicate other, excellent Christian news sites but rather to have a constant online expression that reflects the larger ministry calling and goals of AskDrBrown.
OUR IMMEDIATE NEED IS FOR A VOLUNTEER EDITOR WHO HAS THE ABILITY TO POST ARTICLES AND LINKS IN A GRAPHICS-FRIENDLY WAY.
As the new VOR reaches more and more people and becomes a busier and busier site, we trust that this will turn into a paid position, but right now, in the same spirit that so many of us do so much of what we do, it will be a labor of love for the Lord and His people.
