I want to share a very precious update with you and then encourage you to bring words of healing, encouragement, and hope.

A few days ago, Randy sent me a note on Facebook, asking for the link to the article, since he had not read it for himself. After reading the article and seeing the outpouring of love that he received in the comments section, he posted this note on Facebook:

"Dear Dr. Brown,

I just went to the website you told me to go to. I am sitting here with tears practically falling on my computer keyboard. I can’t believe there are this many people out there who give a “c**p” about me! I am “floored”! Why would these people care about a aids-ridden homosexual guy that they have never met before! I am basically speechless at this time. I can’t thank all those people enough for their kinds words and support. I believe God is going to bring someone into my life who will really, THIS TIME, be able to help me overcome this unhappy lifestyle. Thank you so much, Dr. Brown! … and thank you again to all those wonderful people who care about me…I CAN’T BELIEVE HOW MANY PEOPLE CARE!!! I hope you had a wonderful time in Flushing last night…sure wish I had the strength to attend….while I wanted to hear what you had to say….I want, more than anything, to meet you in person.
